1) Nuts , seeds and dried fruits

7) Smoothie

You can make smoothie with any combination of ingredients. Blend, skim milk or soy milk with yoghurt, add a banana, some almond or walnut plus papaya and apples. It makes a power packed, delicious drink that gives you the energy, antioxidants and fiber.
