Being a trained chemist, applying scientific theories and principles to evaluate the value of information available in literature has become intuitive to me.

I have always been interested in understanding the bio-chemical relationship between lifestyle choices and its impact on our health.

At times, studies have been misinterpreted or misrepresented, and I figured that we need to be wise consumers of such information.
